At eltonjohn.com we want to make your ticket purchasing experience as easy as possible. The following ticket purchase policies (collectively, the "Ticket Purchase Agreement") govern your purchase of tickets from the eltonjohn.com website (the "Site" or "eltonjohn.com").

Upon making a ticket purchase, you expressly agree to be bound by this Ticket Purchase Agreement and the Eltonjohn.com Website Terms of Services incorporated herein by reference.

This Ticket Purchase Agreement may be amended or modified at the sole discretion of EltonJohn.com, Ltd. ("EJ"), and/or MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM") (EJ and MLBAM collectively, "We" or "Operators"), or new conditions may be imposed, at any time with or without notice. Please check this page of the Site periodically.

If you violate this Ticket Purchase Agreement or the Eltonjohn.com Website Terms of Services, EJ and/or MLBAM may terminate your membership of the Site, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Payment Methods
eltonjohn.com currently accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.

Ticket Availability
Neither EJ nor MLBAM controls availability of tickets to any event. As such, the Operators cannot guarantee availability of tickets to any or all events.

Ticket Pricing
eltonjohn.com sells tickets on behalf of promoters and venues. The prices shown on the Site are the face value of the ticket with an inclusive handling and/or customer service charge. Additionally, in certain circumstances a venue specific charge may also need to be incorporated in to this price.

Cancellations & Refunds
Except for cancelled events, eltonjohn.com cannot process cancellations, exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. Please ensure that you review the venue, price and number of tickets, prior to confirming your purchase.

Cancelled Events
In certain circumstances, events may be cancelled or postponed. When this occurs, eltonjohn.com will make every effort to:
a) Post details on the Site of any rescheduled date
b) Ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled or the venue changed and a refund required, please contact us at customerservice@website.eltonjohn.com.

Ticket Purchase Confirmation and No-Transfer Policy
Upon successful purchase of tickets, you will receive two copies of a Purchase Confirmation Note:
a) A Purchase Confirmation Note will be displayed immediately for printing directly from the Site, and
b) An e-Mail copy will be dispatched to the purchaser shortly thereafter
Please print and keep a copy of this Purchase Confirmation Note in a safe place.

Tickets are available from the venue on the day of the show only and can be collected from the "will call" box office during the standard opening hours.

Tickets are generally pre-allocated, rather than being available on a "first come, first served" basis. We would therefore advise that there is no benefit in queuing at the box-office prior to opening time on the day of the show.

Eltonjohn.com does NOT allow you to transfer tickets purchased on the Site to another person. You, as the person buying the tickets, are the only person who can collect your tickets. You can only collect your ticket by showing your Purchase Confirmation note and photo ID at the relevant box office. If there is a chance that you may not be able to attend a particular concert, then we advise you not to buy tickets on the Site. If you buy tickets on the Site and then cannot be at the concert, no other person will be allowed to collect the tickets in your place and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please do not ask us to transfer your tickets because there is no exception to this rule.

A copy of the Purchase Confirmation Note and Photo ID are required for collection of tickets. It is also strongly advised that you are able to produce the credit card with which the purchase was made.

Amount of Tickets per Customer
When purchasing tickets from eltonjohn.com, you are limited to a maximum of two (2) tickets per event.

Seating Positions
Eltonjohn.com does not set the ticket prices or have exact choice of seating locations. The tour promoters allocate tickets for Rocket members and these can vary according to the venue and the nature of the show. We cannot advise on exact seating positions in advance of the show.

Limitation on Liability
Except in jurisdictions where such provisions are restricted, in no event will eltonjohn.com be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including also lost profits, even if eltonjohn.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Disputes
This Ticket Purchase Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America. Further, any disputes relating to this Ticket Purchase Agreement or anything contained on the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its principles of conflicts of laws. Any claim relating to this Ticket Purchase Agreement or the Site shall be exclusively prosecuted in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located within the County of New York, State of New York, United States of America, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such court solely for such purposes and you further waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over such dispute or that venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. The Operators will be entitled to recover their court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses incurred in successfully proving any breach of any term of these Terms of Service.
