"I would like to thank eltonjohn.com very much for the awesome Rocket tickets my wife and I received for the May 5th Birmingham, Alabama concert. Our seats were in the 6th row facing Elton and his piano. It was a pleasure being so close especially after sitting in the 400 section of Madison Square Garden for the special 60th birthday concert March 25th with tickets bought on ebay. This was the 27th time I have seen Elton in concert. My wife, Christine, and I made the short hop to Birmingham from Atlanta to watch this great show and had a great time with all the fellow Elton fans we met in our section.

And lastly, I was able to get Elton's autograph on The Captain & The Kid program. It came at a small price too. Even though I was in the 6th row, arena security would not let me go up to the stage while Elton was signing autographs before his encores. After pleading with security to no avail, I busted through and got the autograph. A couple of minutes later, security escorted me out. I missed the last two songs, but it was well worth it. I screamed to Elton "you're a legend", "you're number one" and "you're the best" as he was signing right in front of me and when he kept hearing me scream, he smiled and nodded!

An incredible performer and an incredible night! Thank you Sir Elton, you and the band rocked the BJCC Saturday night!"

"Went to see Sir Elton in Birmingham Al., Saturday night. It had been 30 odd years since I had seen him (Tuscaloosa Al.) That was one of the best concerts I had ever been to and he hasn't changed any. My wife and I really enjoyed the show. He makes it look easy as does Nigel and the rest of the band. Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the show and appreciate him making Birmingham one of his stops."
