Elton's bass player Bob Birch celebrated his birthday on Saturday, playing in a storming Elton concert at the S.E.C.C. in Glasgow, Scotland.

We send Bob all our best wishes, and hope that he and the rest of the band enjoy a well-earned summer rest as they return to their families in the USA.

We look forward to seeing them all back in England for the Red Piano show on September 5.
