"I had the honor of seeing Sir Elton again in Missoula on Friday night April 11; he was just as amazing as before. I also saw him in the mid-70's, what a treat to have been able to follow his amazing career. He is very kind and considerate of his audience, we could listen to him all night, and he made extra efforts to ensure he had recognized every part of the auditorium. That may sound simple, but not all artists do that and he truly appreciates his fans. His music and talent are second to none.
So thank you for coming back to Missoula, I hope we get to see you again."
"Missoula Concert Friday night was absolutely beyond words! My wife wasn't a fan but Saturday we bought about 4 CD I didn't have. I would love to see you produce a double or triple CD in that style of rocking his classics. The freestyle rocking was incredible!
Totally blown away..."
"I remember rushing down with my chore money to buy your vinyl records as a young teenage boy. When I traded in my classical music and piano training for your sheet music, my mom thought I was going straight to hell.
When you came to Missoula last fall, it was magical. My first Elton John concert! I cannot describe how lucky I felt to get tickets, and your concert was absolutely brilliant. (I can only hope for stamina like yours at 60 years!)
At your encore performance in Missoula, I was concerned about whether you would have the same enthusiasm and flair as the first concert; boy was I wasting energy worrying! You changed your playset, pounded song after song and delivered it to the max - I was flabbergasted when you took the time to give autographs to everyone in the front row. You are an incomparable performer, composer and gentleman, Mr. John. The world is a happier place because of you."
